At Therahume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your bag, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Original packaging must be included. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Customized or personalized bags, items marked as final sale, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
